De.mem wins order from Australian power station
Water and wastewater treatment company De.mem has won its first-ever order for a membrane water purification system from the electric power generation sector.
The $400,000 order will see the Australian and Singaporean company deliver equipment for the generation of pure de-ionised water required for the power generation process.
CEO Andreas Kroell said: “This new contract improves revenue quality by effectively creating a new product line and expanding our reach into the highly desirable industry segment of power generation.”
The company now plans to offer a standard product line to customers in the energy, electronics, semiconductor and other industrial sector.
De.mem also told investors that it was on track to achieve revenues of between $14 and $18 million this financial year, subject to any unexpected Covid-19 impacts.
