Are your teams engaged? And are they digitally engaged? Do you think people productivity and effectiveness at work are important? Do you have digital collaboration tools? Do people use them? Sometimes do you feel disconnected at work? Is it hard to find information?
Designing Collaboration for the Modern Workplace
Collaboration has been shown to be more important than creativity for innovation and performance.
You are invited to hear from leading experts and meet with your peers to discuss the why, how and what’s behind collaboration and the modern workplace.
“Research proves that collaboration delivers over 70% of innovation value (creativity delivers less than 20%). Leaders must explore new ways to engage teams. New ways of work. New ways of collaboration.”
Allan Ryan, Executive Director, Hargraves Institute
At Hargraves we understand that community, collaboration and innovation are required for success in today’s fast changing world. Leaders and teams cannot achieve success alone. Innovative culture and engagement require the combination of human resources, internal communications, online community managers and others, with innovation teams to create a sustainable and successful change in large organisations.
This breakfast will give you insights, experiences and tools for you to improve your collaboration, your team’s connectedness and performance, and whole organisation engagement. (The agenda gives time for expert presentations, table discussions and networking.)
