$5.3 million in Accelerating Commercialisation grants awarded to 15 businesses






Another round of Accelerating Commercialisation grants has been announced, with a total of $5.3 million awarded to 15 businesses.
Among the grant recipients were AJJA Technologies (awarded $405,620), which is developing sensor technologies for monitoring contaminated water, Traditional Business Online ($304,631), which is making a Virtual Supply Chain tool for the meat industry, and Deakin University ($250,000) to spin out its RAPID Alloy Process.
The grants would, said industry minister Karen Andrews, “help improve the capability and competitiveness of these businesses, while at the same time stimulating economic growth.”
Seven of the companies were from NSW, three from Victoria, three from South Australia and one each were from WA and Queensland.  Click here to see the list of March 2019 funding offers.
