Winners in the 56th Australian Export Awards were named at an event in Canberra last night (Tuesday), with the Australian Exporter of the Year title shared by Aspen Medical and SEAPA.
SEAPA, a maker of oyster farming systems, and Aspen Medical, a healthcare solutions provider, also won the Agribusiness and the Health and Biotechnology categories respectively.
The Manufacturer of the Year award went to Flavourtech, which “designs, manufactures, services and supports specialised processing equipment for the food, beverage, dairy, flavour and pharmaceutical industries world-wide”.
Other category winners included Geofabrics Australasia, a manufacturer of geosynthetic products with factories at Albury and the Gold Coast, which took out the Environmental Solutions category.
