Bespoke Manufacturing Group acquires Metalcraft and Bott Storage Systems

Bespoke Manufacturing Group (BMG) has announced the successful acquisition of Metalcraft and Bott Storage Systems Australia & New Zealand.

According to the company, the strategic acquisition will significantly enhance BMG’s capabilities, capacity and market presence, and aligns seamlessly with BMG’s existing portfolio, which includes Bespoke Aluminium, Key Manufacturing, Metalcraft Manufacturing, Bott Storage Systems Australia & New Zealand and Bespoke Products.

The expansion strengthens BMG’s position in contract manufacturing and finishing while paving the way for new opportunities in the automotive manufacturing and installation sectors.

With an expanded operational footprint covering 20,000 square metres across three Adelaide sites, BMG said it is set to boost local manufacturing and create new employment opportunities.

BMG said it remains dedicated to distributing aluminium, providing contract manufacturing and finishing services and delivering Bott vehicle storage solutions.
