Elsight provides Halo to Israeli Aerospace

Wireless video and data transmission technology company, Elsight Limited (ASX:ELS) has successfully conducted proof of concept field trials of its Halo communications platform with Israeli Aerospace Industries.

Halo has been selected as a component of IAI’s communications solution for its robotics and unmanned vehicles business.

The company will deliver an initial order of 50 Halo units, a hardware platform using the company’s unique algorithms to facilitate secure and reliable communications from remote cameras to control rooms and command centres.

Elsight CEO Nir Gabay said Halo was a strategic component that would enhance IAI’s product offerings.

“Not only does this opportunity provide us with an ideal application to demonstrate the unique strengths of the Halo platform, it also gives us the chance to continue cultivating our relationship with an invaluable partner.”

Elsight operates in the defence and security IoT markets, facilities management and city and protective activities.
