Industry Capability Network (ICN) is a business network helping Australian and New Zealand companies connect with projects large and small.

For over 30 years, ICN has helped local SMEs win more than $30 billion of work that may have otherwise gone to overseas suppliers.

ICN plays a critical role in stimulating and fostering an open and competitive market for Australian and New Zealand industry so that local industry remains strong and local businesses have full, fair and reasonable access to domestic opportunities.

It has been a challenging year for all Australian and New Zealand businesses. At ICN, we have continued to focus on what we do best, helping businesses connect to new and exciting work opportunities.

We never stand still in our pursuit of supporting Australian and New Zealand industry, and this year alone, ICN has helped companies win $2.765 billion in new business.
Our strength has always been our depth and quality of data and the systems we provide to manage and promote capability and opportunity.

With that in mind, ICN Limited, in collaboration with the ICN Network, has officially relaunched ICN Gateway to better serve ICN members and Australian and New Zealand businesses. After undergoing a comprehensive overhaul, the new Gateway will make it easier for project owners to promote their projects and suppliers to find work and promote their capabilities.

Finding, applying for and winning new business can be tough, expensive, time-consuming and in many cases, a matter of luck, ICN Gateway aims to make that task easier for Australian industry. We’re calling it ‘New Business, Upgraded’.

ICN has a proven track record of providing full, fair and reasonable access to local opportunities. By investing in this system, ICN is investing in the future of Australian industry and looks forward to modernising how project owners promote their projects, enabling businesses to find out what projects are out there and submit their expressions of interest. We’re thrilled about the change this will make to industry and look forward to doing our part in growing the Australian economy through these projects.

In addition, this overhaul has opened many doors, and we look forward to introducing some new and exciting features for our customers over the coming months. ICN Procurement, ICN Perspective, and ICN Insights are new, game-changing initiatives to continue our work in supporting Australian Industry to help save local suppliers and business managers time and money in the procurement process.

These innovations have created a strong foundation to continue ICN’s work into the future, while using modern technology to better benefit local business.
