Innovation and commercialisation businesses announce partnership

Impact Innovation Group and Arc Hardware Incubator have announced a partnership, citing the increased need for manufacturing to reposition and reboot.

Impact is a technology and commercialisation consultancy, established in 2006 and a presence in seven Australian cities. Arc Hardware Incubator was formed in 2017 and is headquartered in Brisbane.

Impact Innovation’s managing director Brian Ruddle said in a statement that local high-tech manufacturing startups needed access to knowhow and fast prototyping first and foremost.

“Getting the go-to-market strategy right and customer testing the execution of ideas before investing in buildings and plant equipment will help businesses save both time and money,” he said.

“With Impact Innovation’s solid track record for commercialising next-generation technologies, Arc’s cutting-edge equipment, and our common commitment to practical upskilling programs, we can offer a whole new value proposition for accelerated product development across many industries,”

The companies said further details of the partnership would be announced “over the coming months.”
