China export specialist Jatenergy (ASX: JAT) has received its first order from new non-exclusive China distributor Ocker Products for dairy products as part of a deal which could be worth $80 million.
The exporter of Australian consumer goods received an order for US$ 1.5 million dollars of unspecified dairy products according to a company announcement.
Ocker Products has a three-year agreement with JAT to distribute dairy products, and has agreed to minimum volumes of $80 million in the first year.
However there are no penalties should it not meet this figure.
Ocker has strategic partnerships with Beijing Grain Group and Beijing JinLiang Logistics to procure food and farm produce on their behalf.
JAT exports a wide range of Australian made products, including value-added dairy products produced in its own factories.
