Kimberly-Clark Australia appoints new Head of Supply Chain

The ANZ subsidiary of global personal care business Kimberly-Clark has named Jessica Renton (pictured) as its new Head of Supply Chain.

According to a statement from Kimberly-Clark Australia (K-CA) on Tuesday, the appointment “signifies [a] strategic move… to enhance operations, drive growth and improve customer experience” and comes ahead of a transformation of its supply network.

Among other responsibilities, Renton is described as charged with “a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and unlocking further growth for the business and its portfolio of personal care brands – including Huggies,  U by Kotex, Poise, and Depends.”

“The business understands the role that operational excellence plays in not only supporting its growth, but the relationship it holds with customers and consumers across the region – and as we strive towards making further sustainability and efficiency improvements, I look forward to playing a key role in driving us forwards,” Renton said in a statement.

Renton is based at the company’s headquarters in North Sydney, and joins the leadership team for ANZ “effective immediately.” 

The new supply chain head joined the company in March last year as Logistics and Operations Manager, and “swiftly [took on the] increased accountability of planning and safety  just six months later.”

Managing Director Belinda Driscoll added: “Over the past eighteen months, Jess’ extensive expertise and exceptional leadership skills have enabled her to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations, and it’s for this reason that I’m delighted to welcome her to the role of Head of Supply Chain for the ANZ region. 

“Joining a leadership team that’s fully committed to flexibility and inclusion, Jess’ appointment is a reflection of the opportunities available to exceptional talent at Kimberly-Clark – regardless of their gender.”
