Last chance to nominate for Australia’s 50 Most Innovative Manufacturers 2025

Manufacturing News

As we mentioned this week (and a couple of times before that), we are wrapping up the nomination period for this year’s Australia’s 50 Most Innovative Manufacturers campaign.

A last reminder that if you entered last year or in 2023 you are still absolutely welcome to nominate a second (or third) time.

And a last reminder that you don’t need to be a startup. Innovation can and does happen at companies at phase of their existence. And though we dearly love new product development, you can put forward other things as evidence that you’re an innovator.

Once more, we’re going by the below definition, stolen from the Oslo Manual.

An innovation is a new or improved product or process (or combination thereof) that differs significantly from the firm’s previous products or processes and that has been made available to potential users (product) or brought into use by the firm (process).

So this is it. One more sleep until nominations close and we hand things over to our expert panel of judges, which we’ll introduce soon.

Keep an eye out for many more nominee profiles leading up to the awards event on May 7. If you’re keen to tell us about your company’s innovation story, then nominate and — assuming we have the bandwidth — we’d love to hear all about it for a yarn on this website.

Australia’s 50 Most Innovative Manufacturers is an annual campaign by @AuManufacturing. The current version has been made possible through the generous support of Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment, TXM Lean Solutions, the Industry Capability Network, Bonfiglioli Australia, the Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre and the SmartCrete CRC. You can nominate here (there is no administration fee) until March 15.
