After a successful Idea to Launch Masterclass hosted in Holland this year, Sopheon moves to Melbourne for a full two days of impactful training and workshopping over the 31st April and 1st May 2024 at the Melbourne Business School.

The Idea to Launch Masterclass articulates a Systematic Innovation Governance (SIG) model which integrates best practices across the four quadrants of innovation governance:

• Gated Project Execution – Agile Stage Gate for iterative project execution
• Portfolio Optimisation – Monitoring and prioritisation for, Balance and Value

“Idea to Launch” is about learning by doing and about learning from each other. This is a participative workshop format with many interactive exercises.

It’s recognised that everyone in the room is on a journey towards innovation best practices and has significant experience which can contribute to group learning.
