Styleride announces it will increase production following acquisition by Lazzerini

Italy’s Lazzerini has acquired Acacia Ridge, Queensland-based Styleride Seating Systems.

Australasian Bus and Coach reports that the full acquisition was announced Monday this week. Styleride’s product range and brand would continue, as would manufacture at Queensland. Production, distribution and headcount would grow at the site, according to a statement, and include Lazzerini’s products “for the Southern region markets.”
“The integration of the Lazzerini product with the manufacturing ability of Styleride is sure to enhance both brands and allow future products to meet the ever-changing requirements of the bus and coach industry both in Australia and the Southern Region areas,” said  Lazzerini CEO, Innocenzo Cabone in a media release.
Styleride was established in 1996, and makes bus and coach seats.
