Waterco acquires Autopool

Western Australia-based Autopool, established 1982, is the distributor of the Kreepy Krawly pool cleaner, as well as pumps, filters and other pool accessories.

“Purchasing APP, or Autopool as it’s known, is part of our strategy to strengthen Waterco’s market share, especially in Western Australia and Queensland,” said Waterco CEO and chairman, Soon Sinn Goh, in a statement.

“Autopool’s established brand name, excellent market reputation and digital transformation will enable us to offer comprehensive pool and spa solutions to customers throughout Australia.”

Waterco manufactures and distributes water filtration and swimming pool equipment, as well as products for the aquaculture and water purification markets. It is headquartered in Sydney and has offices, factories and warehouses in ANZ, Asia, North America, the UK and France.
