The federal government is inviting submissions for the 2025 Australian Defence Export Catalogue, which it says is the nation’s flagship publication for promoting the defence industry and export-ready products is now in its eighth year.
In a statement on Friday, it advised that submissions can be lodged via the Australian Defence Export Catalogue Portal up until 23:59 AEDT on November 30.
“Exporting Australian defence technology to an international market makes our sovereign defence industrial base more resilient in the face of global supply chain disruptions,” said defence industry minister Pat Conroy.
“The Government is committed to keeping Australians safe by strengthening sovereign defence capability to meet the strategic challenges our nation faces now and in the future.”
Proposed exports of military and dual-use goods will be assessed under Australian export controls legislation.
