Eden Innovations in first significant Australian sale

Carbon fibre nanotube concrete additive company Eden Innovations has made its first significant sale of its EdenCrete concrete additive in its home market of Australia.

EdenCrete, which improves tensile and flexural strength of concrete, has been successful in penetrating US roads and bridges markets but the order from its Australian distributor Parchem Construction Supplies is a first.

While worth only $65,000, the order follows extensive testing in Australia, a process that has led in the US to orders in more than a dozen US states.

The order for EdenCrete and EdenCretePZ will be supplied from Eden’s plant in Littleton, Colorado.

EdenCretePz is designed for use in concrete mixes using pozzolans to replace cement.
