Drainage, wastewater and environmental products manufacturer Everhard Industries has announced that Dean Jennings (pictured) is its new CEO.
In a statement on Thursday morning, the company said that the board had appointed Jennings, who possesses a deep understanding of the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors.
“Dean’s expertise in manufacturing across the grocery, apparel and hard goods industries, both domestically and in Europe and Asia, makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Everhard Industries as the business enters an exciting new chapter,” said Everhard Chairperson Gina Boyce-Rowe.
“As Everhard Industries approaches its centenary, The Board and I look forward to working closely with Dean as he drives, innovates and improves our products and services.”
Jennings is a former Managing Director, ANZ, China and APAC Markets of Dorel Juvenile Australia, a maker of child restraint systems.
Family-owned Everhard was founded in 1926 and is located in Geebung, north Brisbane.
“Everhard Industries is one of the most respected businesses in Queensland and is a pioneer of manufacturing in Australia,” added Jennings.
“I’m excited about the challenge and the opportunity to lead Everhard Industries and help implement the Board’s strategic vision.”
