Land Combat and Protected Vehicles implementation plan released

The federal government has released the third Sovereign Industrial Capability Priority (SICP) implementation plan, for Land Combat and Protected Vehicles.

According to a statement by defence industry minister Melissa Price, the plan provides useful information to businesses already operating with Defence or who are looking to to invest appropriately in supplying capability needs. The accompanying industry plan can be read here.

The Land Combat plan is the third of ten to be announced under the 2018 Defence Industrial Capability Plan. It follows December 2019 release of the Combat Clothing, and the Munitions and Small Arms Plans.
