Admedus sells cardio business for $36 million

Cardiovascular device manufacturer Admedus (ASX: AHZ) has sold the distribution rights to its CardioCel and VascuCel product range for $A36.2 million to LeMaitre Vascular Inc. Local manufacturer Trendpac inducted into the Family Business Australia’s Hall of Fame

Berkeley Vale manufacturer, TrendPac has been inducted into the Family Business Australia NSW/ACT Hall of Fame. The second-generation company shared the prestigious honour alongside Ella Bache and joins former NSW inductees, including Raine & Horne, Akubra Hats, Kennards Hire, Scenic World, and another Central Coast family business, Sharpe Bros., who were inducted in 2008.
